Everyday campaigning can be quite stressful – but it doesn’t have to be! Thanks to our Picstars Web App, you no longer have to keep track of your to-do’s, but have an overview of all your tasks and their deadlines. And all this is easy to do from and on your cell phone.
Most important info first: The web app is, as the name suggests, a web application. That means you won’t find it in the App Store, but you can easily access it via the internet browser link app.picstars.com. As soon as you have logged in, you can start right away and view your campaigns and open tasks, link your social media posts directly and upload stories (insights).
To give you a clearer overview, we have created a How to Picstar’s Creator Web App video that will guide you through the web app in a short and concise manner. Just a few minutes to make your and our daily campaign life easier!
Let’s start with the answers to the most important questions:
Where do I see my campaigns and tasks?
As soon as you have logged in via the link in the Internet browser on your cell phone, you will be taken directly to the campaign overview. Click on a campaign to go to the task overview (you will see e.g. Instagram Post and Instagram Story). Then you can click on the individual tasks to prepare your post, copy the hashtags for your caption and link the post to our system. Campaigns that are still in the planning phase are not yet displayed, so as soon as they go live, you will find them on your overview.
Do I have to prepare my post / my story in the web app?
You only need to prepare your picture in the app if you are going to post for the campaign with an overlay/story. You can find the overlay/sticker in the campaign and tasks under Instagram Post. If you want to post the image without an overlay, you can post your content directly through Instagram. In the same view you can copy the mandatory hashtags for your caption with one click. Afterwards, you upload your caption to Instagram as usual and link your post to our system via the web app.
How do I link my mail?
In the same view under Tasks and Instagram Mail, you will find the Link Your Mail box below. After you have uploaded your post to Instagram as usual, you can enter the post URL in this field.
How can I request payment for my mail?
In the web app you will see the wallet icon at the bottom center of the menu bar. There you can choose your payment method and trigger your payout requests as soon as a task is done and completely finished. Important: You have to upload your feed post and your original story slides with screenshots of their insights so that we can pay the full amount.
Last but not least you will find your profile with your social media channels, the Help Center with further F&A and our email contact in the bottom right corner of the menu bar. If you have any questions right now, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are looking forward to cool campaigns with you. In this sense, happy posting!
